well boys i did my first quad injection today with prop... went in fine; no blood... asperated saw the bubbles then pushed it in slowly... went really well i was suprised and nervous but it went fine... now i just cant wait for the pain to set in!!!!

na it wasnt my first ever injection it was my first quad injection... i actually thought the pain would be much worse the other day i did it in my delt... and yes it is very very sore but i guess hearing so much about the pain and worrying about it i worked it up so much in my head i wasnt to bothered by it... but since my quad is a virgin muscle sorta speak im sure this will be real sore.... im shootin at 75mgs ED so we will see how this goes...

me too.. although I have been going straight in, and have since been told to go from the side in.. See if that works or not....

I always hit the side, i actually like doing quads so it seems like side is the way to go, ive only ever had a problem once and ive hit them over 2 times a week in the past.

so you are actually holding the pin perpendicular to the front of your thigh?

I only shoot quads.. and hit the outside portion. If you were sitting and you've got the topside, and the right side (right quad) then shoot right in the middle, or a little more towards the side than the top. Either works, as I've done both.
