as far as I know all this italian branded gear is fake and manufactured in Thailand. It's possible it contains active substance, it's also possible it contains nothing.

i've had these d/bol before in that bottle/packaging and the tablet's were green but i can't remember if they were that shape?

and they were legit, they worked for me.
