    Some Supplement Manufacturers Really Take The Wee.

    I was looking at protein powders today and picked up a 300g tub. I then thought who is going to buy just 300g? I looked at the price, it was £19.99 must be some damn good stuff thought I. The recommended dosage was 1 10g serving per day (WTF?) and the mega dose of protein in that? 6.5g! So you pay £20 for 6.5g of extra protein per day for 30 days! That's the equivalent of one egg. What a total rip off! I can get 240 eggs for that price, that's 8 eggs a day with 52g of protein. Sheesh!
