    IGF in cycle

    How has running IGF-LR3 benefited you in your cycles? I've heard it's very synergistic with AAS, and a lot of people swear by it. But I want to know what you guys think. Has it given you more mass and strength gains? The only time I used it was during PCT, and I noticed it helped me keep more gains and hardened me up a bit.

    I'm interested in hearing responses from those who have run it WHILE CYCLING. In particularly, someone who has ran it while bulking.

    I ran it all last fall/winter switching back and forth from that to Slin running roughly 4 weeks of each at a time. Just started my new cycle a month ago and doing the same exact thing. Reason being that I had great results from it last year.

    LR3 really was the only thing I've used where I was able to loss BF while eating 4-5k kcals ED. I'm using it now and I"m still very vascular and have my abs and am eating up and over 5k kcals.

    Can't say that it has dont much for strength but have gotten size in conjunction with AAS. Can't really put a thumb on which works better in the cycle but do believe that they compliment one another....

    If your financial situation allows you too I'd run LR3 throughout the entire bulker but please make sure to time it correctly so that you use it throughout your entire PCT... Timing is everything.............
