    What Multivitamin

    I'm looking for a good and reasonably priced multivitamin. Any suggestions?

    Myself i like animal pak great multi-v but you have like 11 pills per pak and some oh them are the size of shoes.

    haha true some of them are the size of shoes but it is a good multi. Alot of people say that the generic gnc multi is pretty good, but i myself use animal pak

    I noticed in animal pack is has something called pancreatin in it. I wasnt aware that anaimal pak contained digestive enzymes. Do you guys feel when you take it you process and digest your food alot quicker thus not feeling full and bloated alot of the time?
