okay guys i think im really starting to feel the gear kick in... i sweat for not fvcking reason, i am hot all the time, i have way more energy, i am kinda bloated, i put on some lb and i feel real powerful while lifting...
and man i am ****ing hungry all the ...god damn time i am on a 4 shake a day(50 greams of pro), tuna raps, lots and lots of greens, steak, egg whites.... anyway it is like i eat and them it feels that i am thinking of other foods to eat and when that happens i grab a salad with no dressing and munch it down... is this normal???
