For cutting I seldom cheat....carb load works better for me.
Bulking I never cheat....I love eating lots of healthy foods!

I will cheat by sometimes skipping the dextrose/gatorade PWO for high GI and have a piece of bread instead or a carrot muffin since I am obsessed with those.

Something like that is how I cheat.

I usually eat a cheat meal or two if I'm out with family and that's all there is, but otherwise I'm very rarely motivated to eat junk, it just doesn't appeal to me anymore.

I do feel obligated to cheat once in a while though just so I don't feel like a complete OCD health nut freak. Honestly, the next morning when I feel crappy I wonder why I did it and tell myself it wasn't worth it. The cycle then repeats itself the following weekend...

    My favorite cheat foods are:
    Dark chocolate (Scharffen Berger)
    Red Wine
Pizza (Mac and Cheese from Peace of Pizza is the best!)
    Ice Cream
    Nice cold foreign beer

PWO shake of dextrose or gatorade would be the extreme end of the cheating spectrum for me. Although if I was going to be so daring to have dextrose (ugh!), I'd opt for a big gallon of Tubby Hubby Ice Cream instead

    How about never?
That wasnt an option but that would be my choice.

    Very seldom.. sometimes I'll have a f/f s/f pudding, around 60 calories..
While cutting, I'll have another 1/2 cup veggies lol

Red Wine is not cheating, actually it's beneficial. it helps keeping cholestrol levels low, good for heart...etc

A cheat meal when cutting, but more like every 2-3 weeks. And if you're bulking, a high carb refeed whenever you feel the need. Majority of clean carbs, with maybe some f/f s/f icecream and low fat granola bars if you're feeling squirly.

I'm with usualsuspect. A cheat meal will roll around every weekend usually. My Mom's homecooking seems to bring me back on a weekly basis as long as I have the time.
