OK heres the deal I play college football. And I had a year off where I didnt play football at all, I just went to school. Now Im playin again, but Im not actually playing, Im ridin the bench. Im a former all state Linebacker. Im making plans next year to play. It may not be at linebacker but I want to force them to have to play me. I want to get bigger, faster, stronger. Im 20 6'3 230. What can I do? let me know anything and everything. My workouts will be intense in the off season and during the summer I workout 6 days a week with a personal trainer. Let me know about anything I can do.
