    Help me please.

    OK heres the deal I play college football. And I had a year off where I didnt play football at all, I just went to school. Now Im playin again, but Im not actually playing, Im ridin the bench. Im a former all state Linebacker. Im making plans next year to play. It may not be at linebacker but I want to force them to have to play me. I want to get bigger, faster, stronger. Im 20 6'3 230. What can I do? let me know anything and everything. My workouts will be intense in the off season and during the summer I workout 6 days a week with a personal trainer. Let me know about anything I can do.

    supps wise IMO, just creatine and and a good PWO shake. And a multi vitamin. The universal animal pak is awesome, but kind pricy. And eat on a clean bulking diet. workout hard.

    If your looking into roids, well, thats different. There are pro hormones out there like SD and whatnot and when used properly, and I stress PROPERLY, you can gain a good 15 lbs from it. Thats with the correct supps and PCT with it.

    Im not against using. I asked on some of the other forums and they all said I was to young. Any other things I can do? Any diet plans?

    go to the diet section and look at the bulking sticky.

    follow that diet, take creatine, and workout hard.

    id stay away from any kind of juice. no amount of strength is worth the suspension from collegiate athletics. if your fortunate enough to play after high school make the best of it. don't fvck it by getting caught using. if you get tested, you'll get caught, i'm sure you know the drill. it's pee in a cup directly in front of them with random testing.

    that being said. eat your ass off man. i second the bulking diet, but you don't HAVE to follow it completely. clean foods are better, but if you gotta eat that pizza at night to get your cals up do it. you're not a bodybuilder, and in football weight is weight. good luck man, keep us updated.
