You must meet the requirements. Even then we do not have to do a source check for you. What do we get out of it? So if you are constantly pestering people about it as I have been informed you are than you will NEVER get one, this is pretty much illegal in most countries. You could be a cop, so unless you build trust and the mods/vets know you they will probably just delete your PM.
