    best recovery supplement or drink??

ive been training jiu jitsu and kickboxing for a while now and my cardio is pretty good but ive always wanted to know what was the best thing to take for recovery..i mean it like this...we do bjj for like 30min with no break then we get like a 2 minute break for water then back to training..now usually in that 2 min i drink water or gatorade but is there anything better to take during that short break and after class..i usually do double classes so its most important after the first class when im extremely exhausted

lol wtf is yr porblem man?

you dont even know wtf AMP is.

Most people on this board say its the best pre workout thing to take.

compared to coke, without the comedown.

and add gatorade in you to keep the sugar carbs going, but burning off.

i would personally try something like AMP, or if it was me i would take some no2

  15. #15
i understand what you are saying. do not take amp as you will sweat out all your electrolites in the first 10-15 mins of rolling. stick to gatorade and try a protein bar with some simple carbs in it between sessions. maybe rice cakes or something for quick absorbing carbs.

lol bro, AMP is for energy. I have taken it before playing basketball and had tons of energy for several hours. No2 also gives me a lot of endurance

well seeing how you are going for endurence, creatine and no2 with help with that part and for the energy i would use AMP (which is nothing at all like a energy drink or even close to anyother legal or not banned energy supplement). or i would use ephedrine plus caffeine plus asprin. ECA stack but hey its all up to you.

the only similar thing may be similar is caffeine...amp isnt a drink comes in pill form...i think you'd be very pleased if you try it

I dont even know why you guys are still giving advice to this fool!!! He is shooting down all the advice people on here are offering and he obviously doesnt know shit about. Plus he's talking about jiu jitsu as if its something out of this world. He just needs to stop being a pussy about it. People in the military get it a lot worse and dont have breaks for sissy recovery drinks, just more PT!!!

Xtend or some BCAA's + Citrulline Malate should help with recovery and endurance
