    I've honestly came the decision Swole has become a douchebag since he left. I use to talk to him on a rather consistant basis outside of AR, now that he is gone he dosnt return messages, IM's, or anything, he apparently is too cool for me/us now.

    Good shit. I do 30 mins 5 times a week post workout (sometimes pre to wake up if im tired) Still cant get that nice defined look. But good luck!! Make sure you post pics too.
