    Talking day 1; 6'5" , 330lbs.

    alright boy's this is me.

    21 years old
    6'5
    330 lbs.
    21% bf
this is day one of my 4th cycle ( i know i started to early in life, and any little buggers out there, i regret those early ones. so just wait)

okay to start with i know the gut is an issue. I hate it, the only thing is that with the amount i eat for strongman comps. its there all spring and summer. Since the Canadian fall is cold most of the comps are over, and i wouldn't mind loosing this thing. so i made up a cycle that should help me tighten up, but i just can't loose much size ( we all ready have to many great strongmen here, at 280 i just would be a chump to them).

    here's the specs.

    t-400 (100mg test cyp, 100mg test enth, 200mg test dec.) 400mg wk 1-12
    test enth 200mg wk 1-12
    (so 600mg test per wk)
tren ace. 75mg eod wk 4-9
    eq 600mg wk 1-10
    var 40mg wk 9-12
    arimedex 0.5mg wk1-12

    pct
    wk 14-18
    clomid 28 days tapered (200mg-50mg)
    novadex 21 days 20mg

i train like a freak and i currently do alot of cardio (30-60min) 4 times a wk. but with the the amount of food i eat the gut stays so i'm hoping not to have to up the cardio amount (anyone willing to help with te diet plan pm me please)

with that said... let me have it boys

personally i would bump up the tren to 100mg ED, for a guy your size, and run it for 8 weeks.have you ever tried tren before?
what where your past cycles like?

I dont think you need all that gear. All the juice is really going to do is preserve muscle while restricting calories, I think you'd get even better results if you just ran a couple compounds, such as just tren and prop, or prop and var.

thought about jumping to 100mg eod. just not sure that at my age i need to. plus the fact that this is my first time on tren, so, going to feel it out.

    past cycles have been

    #1 500mg test cyp. 10 weeks
    #2 500mg test enth. 12 weeks
    400mg eq 10 weeks
    40mg ed t-bol
    #3 500mg test cyp. 12 weeks
    40mg var week 4-10
100mg eod winny week 6-12 (its my humble opinion that winny and strongmen don't mix...but thats just cause my knees got f***ed on it)

try and run some prop/tren, and frontload with some t-bol, this is simple and very effective.you should run the tren at least at 100mg EOD, as you will find out that 75mg eod is not really that effective.

I just wanted to complement you on your large physique. For 21, and even with 3 cycles you are a huge dude at that weight and height. What is your arm size in those pics?

I might be in the minority here but my vote is stop doing steroids and cut 30 pounds of fat off. If you want to look better to 99% of the population, get leaner not bigger. Just MHO

I would agree with that unless you are only in it to compete in strongman events.

oh trust me i know i don't have the bb body, and i suppose i definatly could cut and get leaner. however, the only reason i juice is strength and size. i know even most gym rats don't understand that. Hell, sometimes i don't. we will see how much of a change in bodyfat i can make just with some changes in food, and a different mind set to my training for a few months.

some day, mabe in a couple of years, i'll try a actual cuting cycle mabe even throw my hat in at a bb comp. but rate now i just like lifting stones and rediculous weight well the other guy wonder how the hell i do it at my age.

i will be updating pictures every 3 weeks. so you guys can evaluate and tell me to stop being a lazy a$$

Doesn't look that bad... Looks good actually imo.

I'd fathom a guess at just around 400 grams of protein; and about 500 grams carbs? Can't gauge the fat content from there.

your pretty much right on. the carbs tend to go higher when i'm competing, i try not to let it above 800, but my 400g of protein is constant. the fat content varies on what cottage cheese i'm using and if i use sauces on my meals (which isn't often)

in university i once had to go 2 months on nothing but 8 dymatize elite protein shakes (like 2g carbs, 2 gram fat, 46 grams protein) a day cause i had noooooo money at all. and my body went down to 280 and thats the lowest it would go. i was weak as hell, but didn't loose much weight (even tho how weak i got i definatly looked my best)

thanks man, as for the arms....proud to say my left is 21 and sadly the right is 20. 1 whole inch difference thanks to a rather nice stint of tendonitous last year in the right elbow. it'll be back soon enough tho.

    volume, volume and more volume
most events put you in a situation that any normal gym rat could do 2 reps, or hold for 10 seconds type thing. What seperates a strongman from a powerlifter is lifting that heavy a$$ weight as many times as possible, or holding it till your body just wants to shut down. knowing this my training partners and i train extremly heavy and with reps.

as an example i will use my current back training routine:

    -chin-ups
    4 sets 12-15 reps
(all big guys hate chin-ups.why wouldn't you its harder then it is for smaller guys, but if you can't pull around your body weight good luck with a train)

    -wide grip pull-downs
    2 sets 8 reps
(same movement as chin-ups however alows you to put more stress on the lats by eliminating movement of the body)

    -single arm standing dumbell rows
    4 sets 10 reps
(bench rows alow you to use the bench to push off of)

    - HELL ROWS (cable rows)
    2 sets unknowen reps
(this is my bread and butter. and if you want to seriously know you have trained back and trained it well this should be added to your routine.)

    HOW THEY ARE DONE:
this is simple cable row with a twist.
sit at the row machine and pick a weight that you can complete 25-30 reps. do the reps and then give your self 2 seconds rest for every rep that you complete. (count in your head, you will need the air). raise the weight (up to you by how much) and at the end of you rest start again. repeat this till you only have 4 seconds rest, at that point your next set would be legs not back.

    ex.
    200lbs. 25 reps
    (25 x 2) = 50seconds rest
    220lbs. 20 reps
    (20x 2) = 40 seconds rest
    240lbs. 14 reps
    (14x 2) = 28 seconds rest
    260lbs. 8 reps
    (8x2) =16 seconds rest
    280lbs 2 reps
    (2x2) = 4 sec rest
your done 1 sets......wait a minimum of 5 min and then do set 2

    Dead lifts
    4 sets 25-4 reps
(yes dead lifts after that) in strongmen you are carrying friges on your back or pulling 18 wheelers. its not easy, infact it suck large. doing deadlifts when you having trouble standing straight is the best way i have found to simulate the feeling of pure exhaustion and having to push thru.

anyone that trys this routine....please let me knwo how it went. so far everyone that has tried this after watching us do it complans of about 3 day of inproper whipping ability in the washroom.

Good to see another strongman on the site!!! And a fellow 300+lber! Ignore the peacocks that say who say you should cut weight to look 'good' LOL!!!! It's all about size and strength. I hope we get a chance to compete against each other in the future.

As for your training, it's looks like a helluva lot of volume. Good for a youngster like yourself. Do you have any equipment? I've noticed that no matter how strong I am in the gym, nothing takes the place of training with the equipment. If you don't have any, I would suggest you start with the basics, log (12"), farmers implements, yolk, and of course STONES!!! Nothing in the gym can take the place of training with those damned stones. Good luck BigDawg!!!!!

hey, if u want my honest opinion, your lookin pretty damn good. ESPECIALLY for someone whos a strong man, mosta those guys are fat shits. anyway, for the constructive critisizm part, id shred to about 12% of body fat if i were you, then youd look real good! something like..Mariusz Pudzianowski!
