Hey guys im new to this board but I have been reading forums a while now for information. I've been researching finigenx and methyl-drol for a little while now and had a few questions. I am 23 yrs old, 6'2 230 pounds, not positive of bf%, been training for 5 years. Most of my body fat is around the love handles, ass, and a little in the midsection so i have plent of room to gain up top. I will be working on the other trouble areas afterwards. I heard this will be fine because of the dry leans for methyl-drol and finigenx. I am going to be running a finigenx/methyl-drol cycle. I will be posting a log in the members results section for those who are interested.
cycle will look like this, unless others disagree, im open to suggestions
weeks 1-4: finigenx 15ml/ed
weeks 3-6: methyl-drol 10-20-20-20
also during cycle i will be taking, muscle milk with all natural peanut butter and virigin olive oil, l-glutamine, animal pak multi, milk thistle, glucosamine sulfate and chrondroitin, fish oils, flax seed oil (add anything else?)
post cycle is lined up with nolvadex, clomid, retain, cre-ethyl thunder
this is where my question comes up. I will have a very clean diet, consisting of chicken breasts, tuna, fish, egg whites, natural peanut butter, oatmeal, lean beef etc. I wanna gain a ton of strength but mass isnt too important for me right now although i want mind it of course. Will i see the same strength gains with a 3500 caloric intake as opposed to somewhere around 4500-5000? if you suggest 5000 than thats what it will be. My reasoning for thinking about only 3500 was to keep my bf% down. All suggestions are greatly appreciated, and like i said for those interested i will be posting my log in the results section.
