    Mine are always 29 day cycles....You must ramp up and then back down....Start with .25 and work up to 1 and then back down

    Days 1-3.... .25
    Days 4-6.... .50
    Days 7-9.... .75
    Days 10-20. 100
    Days 21-23. .75
    Days 24-26. .50
    Days 27-29. .25

    This is my cycle for T-3 and I only do it when cycling.
