    Gyno Surgery

I finally went in Sept. 26th for my surgery. I was scheduled for Removal of glands and lipo in midsection. It had been over 90 days since I had my consultation with the doctor, so when I arrived and he saw me and he saw that I had lost 30 lbs and 15% bodyfat since my consultation, he said I was no longer a candidate for lipo, due to the fact that at 45, my skin was already too loose and any additional fat he could remove would just leave additional loose skin.

I then became a candidate for a tummy tuck...... hmmm I thought this is going to hurt and is alot more to recover from then lipo. Anyway I went for it and had the gyno, tummy tuck and some lipo done all in the same session.

I opted to stay awake for the surgery, receiving only local anathesia and some sedation. It was kinda cool watching them work on me from the reflection of the operating lamp above.

I walked out on my own the next morning, showered the next day, started hgh back at 10 iu's ed the next day as well. I went in 6 days later for a check up and they removed all stitches except my new belly button stitches.
I was told that usually stitches are not removed for 10 or more days.

I walked a little over a mile the morning of my check up across the border and back and felt pretty good. So far day 10 and I feel great. I think the cycle I did prior as well as the IGF and HGH have greatly increased my healing power.

I'm going to post some before and during surgery pics as soon as I figure out how to do it.

Bottom line-if you are contemplating one or both surgeries, let me know and I will share more of the details with you.

Here are some before and during pics. Unfortunately they didn't take a pic of the gland on my chest, but the skin and fat on my stomach shot is pretty dramatic.

Yeah laying on my stomach is what was removed, pretty much as it layed on my stomach prior to surgery. I'm not sure of the total removed but obviously it was extensive.

I had gyno since I was a teenager. Yes the last pic was prior to surgery. I'm not sure how I watched, it was just fascinating laying there sedated and feeling the pushing, pulling, tugging and smelling the skin being burn't, but not feeling any pain.

Lol, yeah I think it's all cheatin, but at 45, I'm in the best shape of my life and the 30 lbs and 15% bodyfat I lost preceding surgery came from TRUE discipline, diet and exercise.

No, actually it wasn't until I got older and started working out seriously and cycling that I even really noticed it. At 275 and 38% bf I was just a big fat guy with tits. At 225 and 13% bf I was in pretty good shape, noticeably smaller tits, but not capable of getting the pec form I wanted due to the glands. No cycle I did ever made it worse.

Done in Tijuana. Park on the USA side and walk over (I had to have a ride back). By the way the doctor lives in Coronado (San Diego) and commutes down daily. This doctor was the best of all that I consulted with, very concientous about performing surgery and type of surgery based on your body type and composition, has done several pro athletes.

    $2800

Here are a couple of after pictures taken 2 weeks after surgery. My gyno surgery is healing much faster than the tummy tuck, but for two weeks they are both doing great. I did have to have over 200 cc's of fluid removed from my stomach two days after these pics were taken. (too much activity caused the build-up).

Yeah he does great work. I took my ex-wife and girlfriend down on Friday and they are both planning on getting "something" done down there. If i hadn't been the guinea pig I guarantee neither one would have gone down there to get anything done.

A quick update, we just took some 90 days post surgery pics and I'll get them up in a day or two. I still have swelling and probably will for a couple more months, but I'm cleared for working out with no restrictions. I had been limited to no ab work. I started back on the abs and ouch! It's as if im starting over, but then again I guess I am. If any of you who contacted me via pm went on with surgery, please let me know.

Besides stomach, where else can you have the loose skin removed? I'm good with what I've had done, just curious.
