It varys depending on where your getting it from, some make min order $$ , while others dont care...

They are required at some places, although I always tend to be extra carefull when minimum orders are needed, could get scammed, try to do a source check if you dout your source.

Alot of the more popular sources have minimums cause they rather not mess with small orders but there ones that dont care.
