Doing a contest in april, just wondering if anyone had some suggestions on my supplement regime. note: this goes along with a high protein and carb diet.
1)[2-tribex pills, multi] before breakfast
2) [vit c, fish oil, vit a] 60g prot shake
3) [5gcreatine ee, 5g di arginine malate mixed with sugary Iced tea] pre workout
4) [60g prot, 4tbsp honey, 5g of leucine, isoleucine, valine(2:1:1), vit c, fish oil, chromium policolinate] pst workout
5) [3 pills of] 6-oxo with dinner
6)[vit c, 3 pills of tribex]
7) [multi, leucine isoleucine valine,and 60g prot] shake b4 bed
