    Talking About to BBQ

    just wanted to share that, I'm about to BBQ a HEN, yum (little chicken) about 1.75 lb bones in.
    any suggestion about certain marination? (nothing like sweet sauce stuff please)

    its gonna be tough!!!! i cook my hens and roosters in a gumbo for hours. for bar bee q use a fryer and take your time.

    dont even mention BBQ right now, mines crapped out. think the element has gone, cheap to replace, but Im too lazy to go get one and put it in...
