You need to work on your arms and chest. The body fat looks relativly low but you could lose a little weight. If you lifted some more and gained more muscle you would cut some of what little bf you have. Good start though.

From the front view, I'd say add some trap mass. Do you train legs at all?

I'm not sure how accurate the calipers are. I would say you are around 6% or 7%.

Look at his mid section, no way he is under 9%

I can't critique because you didn't list your goals?

If your goal is to look thin and in descent shape then you've succeeded. If it's to look like a bodybuilder then you have a long way to go.

Looks like your arms have good size, I'd say your chest needs to come up a bit. Keep it up.

i dont want a bodybuilder physique, but i want to have good size, but most importantly to be ripped, 7-8% tops really, so mainly cutting at the moment. also want to be evenly balanced so yeah you guys have pretty much reinforced what i feel are my lagging parts. chest, mainly upper i think and my lats at the moment are the 2 serious issues. oh yeh and that soft spot on my belly button!!

Your torso looks small....Must have a small ribcage. That doesn't matta, just bring that chest & back up and you'll have good size. Shoulders and arms look alright. Whats your legs look like? Squats stimulate total body developement so don't neglect the legs.

If your wanting to gain size, you shouldn't be trying to cut at this time...

Next time you post pics you should get someone else 2 take the pictures, so you don't have to hold the camera. it just takes away from us being able to properly critique, everyone has just guessed what you should improve. we can really only see half your chest, arms and shoulders.

i know it's your first time posting pics, but that's just some advice for the future. hope you reach your goals man, keep pushin.

Well I find it really hard to critique because you just dont have the mass on you. Some people say bring up chest, well I say bring up EVERYTHING. I cant really see anything that stands out as great or lagging by much.

Just keep lifting and eating, and IMO forget the cutting right now, keep your diet clean and keep adding muscle.
