Ok since im already signed up on here my woman cant have her own account because of the same IP so i guess ill ask for her.
She is 5'4 113 lbs no idea of bf, plays soccer 2 days a week and in the gym 2 days a week
Her question is:
she is looking for a sample diet, ie how many calories/protien/carbs/fats whatnot for a woman (since i have no idea) and a sample of where to get them (what foods)
she is worried about the stomach region mainly, she thinks she is muscular enough just wants abs
