Hey bro's I was wondering if you guys could help me out. About 2 months I hurt my right trap benching. Ever since I've had pain in my right trap while I am doing any movements where I am pressing flat on my back (flat barbell/dumbell bench, hammer strenght chest machine). however it doesn't bother me when I do incline bench, shoulder presses or dips. I took 2 weeks off of training upper body, used ice/heat etc. The doc won't give me cortisone. Could someone tell me what I might have done?
