Hey guys ive been reading this forum for a month and a half now and just now getting around to posting. I am looking to get bigger without compromising speed for football.
My stats are 18 years old 6'3 185 around 8% BF
Lifting for 3 years bench max is 250 squat 300 clean 225
I need to bulk up I have been taking creatine, protein, Trib,CLA,fish oil and ZMA for the last 6 months, 1 month on the trib and CLA
I am looking to start my first cycle what do you recommend?
