    Need help on next bulk cycle

    im 24 years old weigh 220 want to get to 240 or so. what do you think would be a good bulking cycle for what i want to accomplish.

    ok, come one now, how can we give you a cycle? give us ALL your stats and then we can help you. answer all the green questions below.

    How many previous cycles? what were they? doses, length, results PCT

    first step if proper diet, but can't tell you what to take

    im 6'2. my diet is mostly chicken, steak and tuna some pasta here and there. my body fat is about 9%. im always training, in the gym five days a week for about two or three hours at a time. as for what i have taken dbol, test,deca,eq,and tren.

    in the gym for two or three hours at a time?????

    You need to learn how to train properly or your cycles will be a waste. that much time is WAY too much overtraining

    That or hes taking 10 minute talking breaks between sets
    Time in the gym should be short and intense

    You've done all those and you still need other people to build your cycles?

    like needle said i just want some other opinions on what people think. or what cycles they where using. And two or three hours is a long time but working out with someone make it longer for me the days im by myself im in and out of the gym in no more then an hour and a half. So if people could give me your opinions that would be great.

    if u want opinions then i would say a good bulker would be

    1-12 weeks test enanthate
    1-11 weeks deca
    1-6 weeks d-bol

    i dont know what doses to put because i dont know your cycle history

    agreed except i would cut the deca at week 10. and maybe only run the dbol to 4 weeks depending on your experience with it

    Dianabol for 5 weeks at 30-40 mg/ day depending on your experience.

    It's only necessary to cut the Deca at week 11, but as SMAN said, I would go ahead and cut it at 10 just to play it safe. Since it's twelve weeks of test, I would throw in HCG. Just my opinion.

    test 1- 12
    deca 1- 10
    dosages depending etc...
    Thats probably the best bulker ive used so far!
