I see alot of people cycle what to me are like 3 times what i would do a week. I am no pro but always wondered if its better to take a short cycle that consists of high MG and run it for 3 months or a low MG cycle and run it for like 6 months.
On my recent visit to my DR who specializes in sports medicine we starting talking about the safest and best way of taking AS.
He told me the trick is to take low dosages and do them for a long time.
That way you more quality muscle while on..

What do u guys think works better? And for those who tried both, which worked better for u??
