Wink Third chiropratic visit (I guess that i dont really know how long i have)

Once again the chiro is very professional, he shows me a video he made back in 1990 explaining chiropratic and the various health hazard associated with subluxations.

I have a lot of subluxations in my body has he told me, he gave me a bunch of exericises to do on the swiss ball, turns out i dont have a swiss ball at home i got rid of it, and i did all theses exercises before.

He gave me a paper to stop my gym membership til March 15th 2007, and said to keep active, he said to walk and i plan to do cross country skiing this winter.

He also said to work my extrimities to strech. Truth is i told him that i didnt wanna go to the gym only to walk on a stupid treadmill or do elliptical machine, i wanna go to the gym and train.

He reviewed my case once again and said that its really not that bad, and i seen a lot worst then me.

He also beleives in posture and bringing back the body into a optimum position.

After all this i didnt have time to ask him what other course he had gone true.

He gave me plenty of advise on how to lift things and more, on diet has well.

Going back Friday for a quick adjustment.

He also said that he works with the body, and he said that adjusting something doesnt always mean that its one time and its done, he said that the body sort of decides what adjustment he needs.

No he doesnt use that Doc.

All i can say is that today i feel my pain, ouch. I dont know if its the treatment.

Also my calcium depot isnt that bad, its infront of the throat and not behind the neck.

He told me that the body reajust itself to its original position after 72 hours.

I really hope this makes sense.

Has i said i am gonna give him a chance after all i been injured for 6 years i cant expect anyone to give me a magical treatment and fix everything, even the so called osteopath experts that i have seen never fixed me up.

I really like this chiro he is professional, he gave me exercises to do for my pelvic, streching the neck in the right way, 5 pound dumbells to work my posture.

I will give him a chance and see when the time comes to take more x rays and check if changes took place or not.

I started doing the exercises for the lower back and strech on the swiss ball but i feel pain and stiffness, is this normal.

How long to feel really good after how many adjustments, seems like i get adjusted and feel good for a while but after the pain comes back is that normal, chiro tells me that for now it is cause i been injured for 6 years now.
