Begginer cycle help

Hey,
I have a friend that's doing his first cycle:
weeks 1-4 - 200mg deca
week 5 - 400mg deca
week 6-8 - 200mg deca

week 1 - 250mg test cypionate
weeks 2 - 4 - 500mg test cypionate
week 5 - 750mg test cypionate
week 6-7 - 500mg test cypionate
week 8 - 250mg test cypionate

during the cycle he will take nolvadex @ 10mg/day

I told him it was crap but he wants more professional answers, so help with what you can.

cycle is too short for such long estered compounds, I would extend it to 12 weeks. Don't see any point of ramping up dose, just pick a dose and stick with it. However many ppl like the idea of tapering down as they feel it makes for a more comfortable PCT ect. That is personal preference really.

1-12 deca 400mg
1-13 test c 500mg
nolva 10mg ED. Obviously he will be following this with an adequate PCT.

I agree with beast...run it longer and stick with a single dose throughout.
