I would split it. I think 3 IU is the max for one shot

IMHO it does not matter, unless you get sides. All of the published literature that I have seen has no more that 1 injection a day, so any evidence for anything else is just based on ancedote of speculation. There are medical protocols out there giving 10 or 20 or more IUs/day in a single shot.

Anecdotally, I no longer feel strong sides at less that 10IU/day, though if you are just starting out you probably will feel them at far less.

Yep, but ask them for a citation to back it up. I am not dismissing the experience of those on the board, it is just that the basis for taking HGH is from the literature, and the literature does not support a need for multiple daily injections.
