Ok,, here we go,, I have been reading this forum for a few days and many other sites and wow.. I am more lost now than ever. I am 6' 210 lbs. have worked out from time to time... used suppliments form gnc etc. and followed the body for life program,, eatting right etc. well I seen a decent difference in my body.. but not big gains... then had bad problems and had to take a long break... well my question is,, what is the best AAS for a newbie... I am totally lost and don't want to pay 2 arms and a leg to get big.. and only looking to do AAS for maybe a year and still continue to work out,, looking for the quick gains with not must loss when I quit AAS... and not really into shooting up either unless thats the best way.. please help me if you have a decent idea for me and what can I expect from your idea's.. thank you so much.
