    Question about bulking..help!

    So I'm female 5'8" and about 125lbs. right now but I wanna get huge!! I'm pretty naturally thin and pretty much eat whatever I want. I've tried high calorie diets where I swear I'm eating more than 3500 calories a day but I can't bulk up. What's available that'll help put on some serious muscle? Any advice would help! Thx a million

    Post your current diet to see if your really eating 3500 cals.

    Meal 1:
    2-3 eggs 3slices of bacon, bowl of cereal, 1 piece of fruit, protein shake

    Meal2:
    Protein shake, apple, can of tuna

    Meal3:
    Protein shake, Pasta, more tuna, 2 pieces of bread, another piece of fruit.

    Meal4:
    Steak or chicken, Rice, serving of fruit, mixed veggies.

    Meal5:
    Protein bar some more fruit and whatever else is left in the fridge to snack on

    I pretty much think if I eat anything else, my stomach will explode or I'll go broke but maybe you guys can adjust it for me! Thx and Merry Christmas!

    that meal plan looks pretty good but eat big right before bed . some say dont but it will help no doubt shake b 4 bed also and first thing in the morning.

    3500 calories? I don't think so. Drop the protein shakes and bars if you wanna GROW. Seriously try and get 2500calories/day without any supplements and see if you can handle that first, and then slowly ramp your calories up, I would go 200calories/wk until you reach your desired amount. In all honesty though for someone your size and lean body mass you need nowhere near 3500 calories to actually gain weight and build muscle, with a Solid 2500calorie/day diet you'd gain plenty more than likely.

    Most if not ALL of your carbs come from fruit, you have no slow burning (low GI) carbs anywhere from what you listed other than a couple slices of bread and a bit of rice. You need to scrap everything and start over.

    It just came up you were female.. at your weight you should NOT be eating 3500calories LOL.. how fat do you want to get?
    Start slowly at around 2000calories and see how your body reacts.. With the diet listed I don't even think you're getting that many calories. And most of them are junk calories from shakes or bars.
