Meal 1:
2-3 eggs 3slices of bacon, bowl of cereal, 1 piece of fruit, protein shake
Meal2:
Protein shake, apple, can of tuna
Meal3:
Protein shake, Pasta, more tuna, 2 pieces of bread, another piece of fruit.
Meal4:
Steak or chicken, Rice, serving of fruit, mixed veggies.
Meal5:
Protein bar some more fruit and whatever else is left in the fridge to snack on
I pretty much think if I eat anything else, my stomach will explode or I'll go broke but maybe you guys can adjust it for me! Thx and Merry Christmas!
