235 pounds. (begining of the year I was 250)
I used to work-out some when I was in school and started back again this year when I got on my diet. I am wanting to get down to around 200 and stay in shape and have a more toned look. Using diet pill just doesn't work, I will loose some weight over a little time then it just stops. I have been looking into using a cutting cycle. And am reading more and more about it each day.
