    no progress on diet/cardio/winny

    i just finished my first 10 days doing 45 mins cardio in the morning before breakfast, cutting diet, and winny/test mix. doing 6 week regimen, and so far I have not lost any weight or bodyfat??

    is this odd?

    any advice would be great.
    195lbs. 6'2'' I did a bulking cycle 6 months ago.

    195 6'2 bf is???

    Are you running any Anti-e's?

    Weight is just a number how do you look? ( leaner, no change?)

    Outline your "cutting" for a critque.

    well if you only have been doing it for 10 days there is no reason to think the diet isnt working yet. You should have atleast dropped some water weight though.

    I 12% BF. I am doing the cardio 5 times a week (should I do more?)

    I was on liquid-dex for my anti-E, but I finished that 5 days into this cutting phase of my cycle. (I did some bulking the 10 weeks before this cutting cycle). Now cutting for the last 6 weeks.

    My body seems as if no change, if anything, I would guess .5%BF change. but nothing crazy.

    Diet is what is posted on this board as a sticky for cutting diets. Same quantities too, since I happen to be the weight used in the example.

    .5% BF is pretty good for 10 days if you ask me.

    although you state in your other thread that you have no idea how many calories you consume a day. That is where the problem is.....
