I was on liquid-dex for my anti-E, but I finished that 5 days into this cutting phase of my cycle. (I did some bulking the 10 weeks before this cutting cycle). Now cutting for the last 6 weeks.
My body seems as if no change, if anything, I would guess .5%BF change. but nothing crazy.
Diet is what is posted on this board as a sticky for cutting diets. Same quantities too, since I happen to be the weight used in the example.
