    Help on choosing next cycle

    Hey guys,

    Im currently running my first cycle using 150mg prop eod, and 100mg winny ed.
    I want to give u guys my goals and see wot sort of cycles would best match them

    Goals: The cycle i am currently doing is keeping my pretty ripped and cut, have seen some good gains over the first 3weeks that i am happy with.

    I am not a big fan of the bloated look, and want to stay below 13% bf, i am currently at 11%bf.. was thinking a sus250 base cycle, can u add ne thing else to help me out?

    Stats r as follows: (current)

    age: 21, height: 6"3, weight: 220lbs bf: 11%, one cycle nearing completion. training experiances - weight training for 3 years, last 1.5years hardcore, also kickboxing

    hey kick boxer i'm planning a sust and dbol cycle later on
    1-4 Dbol
    1-12 Sust
    se how that goes not to sure on the dosages yet... but still got plenty of time to think what i prefer...

    have you got any thought s on what you think you want to add to your cycle... something for a kick starter would be good... keep some prop and use it for a kick starter would be good maybe

    If you are not a fan of bloat then I would steer clear of the sus. If you are getting on well with prop then use it again next cycle. It is ideally suited to the lean gains you are striving for. I would not use winny if you are into kickboxing, it is hard on joints and puts little size on you. I would go with prop and NPP (short estered deca).

    was thinking of staying with the prop, as im finding its absolutely awsome in every way!! thanx guys.. how would the short estered deca work with the p[rop?

    It works great for some and not so good for others...some dont like the the discomfort of the shot...either way you need to try and see how you do with it bro.

    You might want to consider waiting till after completion of your current cycle and pct, and the time off you have before planning any cycles.

    As there are alot changes that can occur after your cycle, in the time off stage, your stats might change and could lead to a change in your goals. As of now i think you should be more focused on your current cycle.

    ohh ye i fully understand that gho5t.. just sorta planning ahead i guess.. because im so happy n excited about how my first cycle is going thanx for the advise dudes.
