    13lbs In 5 Weeks Test Only. Average?

    Is this about average? Seems like a hell of alot to me and I'm digging it.

    1st cycle: Test Cyp. 400mg/week

    Now:
    38 Y.O.
    Weight: 188lbs
    B.F. 14%
    Cardio: 30 mins 3 days a week. Mainly running mixed with shadow boxing, rope skipping and situps.
    Weights: 5 day routine

    Start:
    175lbs
    B.F. 11%
    Boxing & Running: 1+ hours 5 days/week
    Weights: 45 mins 4 days/week

    as you can see your bodyfat alos rose 3% which is quite alot. Its mostly alot of weight put on from the diet you prob have and also a good amount of water weight.. 15 lbs in 35 days is alot..

    agree...especially with cyp. takes time for cyp to work it's majic. more than 5 weeks for sure.

    I saw 5 lbs of muscle.
    2% water weight
    1% fat weight.

    Get your diet in check better. unless your only just bulking
    !

    Run some harder anti -E

    More nolva or some letro/arimidex.

    After 3.5 weeks of only a Test E cycle I have put on 8lbs. I know it takes 4-5 weeks for Test E to really start kicking in, and even if the 8lbs I put on is water weight, I'm still happy!

    We'll see where I am at after the 10 weeks.

    That's alot of weight. The test probably has not kicked in yet, or just kicked in on week 4-5.

    I'd assume you bumped up your callories, and with doing less cardio you are able to use the callories for bulking.

    Some of it may be water weight though. Try adding a AI, and though should shed the water weight.

    go with...

    Go with test 600mg + Deca 300mg + Proviron/Nolva.
    For at least 8 weeks. Weight Training/ 5 days
    Looks what happen!

    That weight gain, seems about right for test. I did test only and gained 15 but kept 10 after losing fat so yea

    not really...your cyp should really only start to kick in now around week 5/6, and if thats all you were taking, then 13lbs up until now is not typical....has your diet or training changed much since before you started this cycle?

    Im in week 4 of a simple dbol and Test E @ 500/week and Im up 8lbs as of last night.

    That is similar to the results I get, but what I gain is not all good weight. I really get a lot of bloat while on cyp or test e.
