I have never really included vegetables in my diet and was wondering what vegetables most of you guys eat and for what reasons do you prefer them (convenience, nutrients, availability, price, etc.)

Various leaf vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, grean beans, red peppers, cucumber and mushrooms. I eat them primarily for taste. The nutritional content doesn't matter so much to me aside from when doing strict dieting.
asparagus, celery, green beans, peppers. I steam most except peppers which I include in stir fry
