deca as a 1st cycle? any suggestions because ive been recomended test-e,but i dont think i can get hold of that stuff,and when you are on a deca cycle,do u have to eat more carbs as well as protein (of course) to get the results??

i did deca only for a first cycle because i was uneducated and had it.i never got deca dck but after a few cycles and knowledge i wouldnt recomend anythimg without a test base. realy supresive without test-mentaly and labidoly.

Guy..thats not cool...if his question bothered you then why even answer it...just move on...Guess what...my first cycle was a deca only cycle and I did great ...was it right or wrong??...i know one thing its an individual thing.

If you researched this you would know it. This is a very basic question and if you go to educational threads at the top it can be found quite easily as many other questions you have asked. Research means to look for something and learn about it.
