A newbie looking for a boost.

First of all I would like to say that I know how important diet and intense workouts need to be in order to "step it up". My workout consists of about 2-2.5 hours a day. My workouts vary day to day to work different muscle groups and allow for recovery time. Usually I'll do chest, abs, and bicepts on day 1, then squats, dead lift and clean on day 2. Abs, tris, and a few mixers along with cardio on day 3. Then I will take a day break and go back to day 1. My diet right now is high prot and carbs everyday all the time. I also take a few products from advocare that help me recover. I am still not gaining the mass and strength that I want. I am 18 years old, 175lbs, 6'2'' and I want more results.

What kind of product or products would you recomend?
I have heard a little about Anavar and D-Anabol 25. What is your take?

18 is too young for aas.

At your height, you should have no problem adding more muscle naturally. Especially with your naturally high test levels. Use that high test, and train naturally.

With a proper diet and training ruitine you should have no problem adding weight quickly.

175 at 6'2'' is very skinny, you can get to 200+ easily with hard and smart training.

Post your exact workout in detail.

that is the worst workout length i have ever heard of. cortisol (when natural) really begins to kick in 45 minutes after beggining high intesity workouts. that is why i was training only 3 days a week for 45mins to 1 hour max. that does not include the tem minute warm up.

i managed to pack on 45 lbs in 9 months that way. with the right diet of course.

at 18, there is no way you should be touching, talking, or even thinking about anabolic steroids. you do not need them. head over to the diet and training forums and show the boys there what u eat, and list your workouts. they will spot all your flaws. if you want someone from here to join u over there, shoot us a PM

When I was 18 I hit the gym hard and the only thing I used besides protein powder was creatine. My bench press went from 350 to 450lbs in just short of a year. I know it is not the answer you were looking for....but it is the best thing for you. Got to put in the effort if you want results.
