Awesome, thanks guys. I feel good about this program laid out now. On my cardio, I used to run for speed...usually 2-3 miles at a very fast pace. A trainer I have talked with recommended that I go for time...meaning slow down my pace, keep my heart rate at around 155-160 bpm for 45min to an hour. I have worked my way up to an hour now, so am very proud of that. What do yall, im from Dallas

, think of each. I like the long slow run much better than the all out short run.
On the Dr visit, I am planning on telling him "doc I have not been interested in sex lately and I have been exercising but no weight loss...can you test all my hormone levels to see whats up" I think that will cover me..
