critique please and recommended Dr visit questions

Hi all, I am planning on starting my first cycle in Feb.
here are my stats before going to the dr:
Male, 36, 6'2", 265lbs. Yea I am a bit overweight but in pretty good strength condition. I am getting a physical Jan 18th...more about that in a bit.
my cycle I got was a "newbie" cycle per one of the posts:
    Newbee cycle #2:

Week 1 to 10: 500mg of test weekly
    wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
    wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
    wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Clenbuterol for PCT 3 tabs per day

22 x TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE IRAN 250mg/ml (best brand)
    2 x NOLVADEX 10mg, 100 tabs by ZENNECA
    3 x CLOMID 50mg, 10tabs by IP CHINA
1 x CLENBUTEROL 40 mcg by HUBEI PHARM CO (Size: 50 tabs)

question on injection, since this is 250mg/ml, I am assuming a break open 2 of the ampules and suck them both up in a syringe and inject the whole 500mg at once?? pin = 1.5" 23ga.

I read in the newbie forum that some folks here suggest taking clomid the whole time?? this cycle calls for just the enan injections until week 13. and I am assuming from reading in the newbie section, I start the PCT for this cycle 2 weeks after my last injection of enan??

On the dr visit, what should I ask him to test for. I am thinking I cannot say "he doc, I am about to go on a cycle and needed all my hormone levels tested" how should I go about asking to get the right tests done?

I am also taking quite a few supplements and protein now:
    juiceplus (good stuff imo)
    dhea
    *****-3

    Anything else I should add.
    Regards from a newbie

the cycle looks ok,<I would shoot twice a week> for pct I would use clomid at 100mg for 2 weeks, also an AI is quite helpful, the clen should be started at 40mcg and upped from there, because of the sides.....
    what about your BF??

    :)

Well, I am not proud of my BF at all.....30%, but, I do have a good base of muscle. I am on a good weight and now a good diet program. So I am thinking the round will be good at building more of that base. My ideal weight would be right at 215 IMO.

your stats are similar to mine at about the same age ('bout 1 1/2 years ago)...i dropped 20lbs. or so natty in about 5-6 months then couldn't budge any more found out i was Low T and started TRT and 6 months later hovering 'round 220 with same goal as yours (215) then thinkin about lean bulk to get it back 'round 225 or so

wish you the best with your program...sounds like you put a lot of thought and research

Awesome, thanks guys. I feel good about this program laid out now. On my cardio, I used to run for speed...usually 2-3 miles at a very fast pace. A trainer I have talked with recommended that I go for time...meaning slow down my pace, keep my heart rate at around 155-160 bpm for 45min to an hour. I have worked my way up to an hour now, so am very proud of that. What do yall, im from Dallas , think of each. I like the long slow run much better than the all out short run.

On the Dr visit, I am planning on telling him "doc I have not been interested in sex lately and I have been exercising but no weight loss...can you test all my hormone levels to see whats up" I think that will cover me..

Again, thanks guys. Loads of great info in this forum, glad to be a part of it.

sounds like a good way to bring it to the doc....some docs you have to convince what YOU WANT tested....i once told one of my endo's that i wanted estradial tested and he was like...nah, you don't need that...and i was like uh.....yes i do....they have super egos and some don't like being used as what they are...some don't believe that patients should take active roles in their health...they don't want to be second guessed.

    best of luck again
