I'll be taking 12 weeks off after this cycle and then start back up. I have a powerlifting meet at about week 8 of the 2nd cycle, which is where everyone keeps telling I want to be.
My question is should I run the same stuff for the 2nd cycle. I know most people say that you will not see the same results as the 1st cycle. Everyone at my gym said that I should also run Deca @ 400mg a week for 10 weeks along with the Sus @ 500 mg a week for 12 weeks. If I'm just in it for the strength what would any of you recommend. By the way, I'm starting to see great results from what I'm taking right now. Thanks for any help you can provide.
