Yes the Sus but it sounds to me like you have alot more research to do.

Man, is there an overstock on Deca out there? You are like the 3-4th person with deca plans on their first cycle. Are they giving it away?

First cycle, stick with only the Sust. Save the deca for #2.

As for doing you a cycle, no one will do that for you. Research, figure it out and come back with a cycle for us to look at.

And we needs stats.

I don't want to sound to sound like an ass but how many of these threads are you going to start where you ask someone do design a cycle for you? If you research you will find answers. Then put together a cycle yourself and post it and people will critique it.
