    Eat as much quality food as you can for at least 4 main meals -chicken, tuna, brown rice, potatoes, veggies, etc. Add in 3 more meals inbetween these meals using a protein powder or weight gainer powder. Be sure to take in a big meal after you lift, post workout nutrition. Of course there is much more to it than that, so read up. The powder really helps you take in massive amounts of calories in a short amount of time, which is essential when you are already feeling stuffed and not hungry. much easier to drink your calories, but not always the best. Just have to eat eat, and then eat some more till you feel like youre going to puke!

    go to the diet forum and look at the sample bulking diet i did this modified it slightly and ive been bulking for about a month and i have put on about 7 or 8 lbs

    Theres herbal suppliments you can smoke to enhance your late night appetite. Above all EAT!!! 500-700 cals every 3 hrs. MMmmmmm food!

    well at the moment i am eating 3 times a day sometimes 4, eating mostly rice with fish,vegies, meat or chicken, then sometimes eat out junk food, i drink the protein drink about 2-3 times a day after meals and mix it in with 100% carbs, i work out everyday, eg. monday do biceps & chests, tuesday another exercise etc... well thats about it for me how can you's help me,

    i apreciate all the help responded :O

    do you even know what deca is? If you dont know what deca is forget my advice and just eat.
