A Web video of Al Qaeda's No. 2 leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri, surfaced Thursday and called on Muslims throughout the Middle East to wage a jihad against Ethiopian forces occupying Somalia.
"You have to use ambushes and mines, and raids and suicidal attacks until you rend and eat your prey as the lion does with his prey," al-Zawahiri declared.
The statement was part of a five-and-a-half minute video produced by the terrorist group's multimedia arm as-Sahab. Zawahiri says Mujahideen must provide Somali Muslims with men, experience, money and advice to defeat the Ethiopian forces, which he refers to as the "slaves of America."

IMO:

IS there a single place left on earth that is not under the threat of Islamic extremism and Jihadist violence? Im not sure if the penguins in Antarctica are even safe..........

The sources say Mugniyeh -- working from his bases in Iran and Hezbollah-controlled areas of Lebanon -- is directing the activities of terrorists in South America, planning to hit U.S. and Israeli targets if the United States attacks Iraq, or if Israel is drawn into the conflict.

All crack pots getting way too much airtime. Its just best we isolate them untill they just vanish. Al qaeeda has been severed and have faced the wrath of the coalition forces. They no longer have as much clout as before. I believe they are just various cells popping up everywhere, which are decentralized. No coherence in operations and all will function for their own interest under the banner of "Al Qaeeda".
