help w/ my bulking diet please

I have been sick w/ the flu and had a shoulder injury that seems to be healed now lost much weight and am down to 205lbs 9%bf at 5'11" I am looking to get my weight back up and and trying to devise a good bulk diet I can follow. been training 8 years.

    meal 1: 6 egg whites , 3 whole eggs
    2 packs sugar free oats
    2 cups skim milk

    meal 2: 8oz chix brst
    1.5 cups brown rice

meal 3: large can tuna (58gm Protein)
    2 tbsp mayo
    whole wheat pita

    meal 4: 8oz chix brst
    1.5 cups brown rice
    2 tbsp olive oil

    meal 5: half chicken
    2 cup broccoli
    1 cup brown rice

meal 6: cytogainer drink w/ skim milk

I calculate roughly 3700 cals here and planned on adding around 250 a week in the form of fats like peanut buttter and olive/flax oil . I am the complete oppostie of carb sensitive, I have no problem taking in carbs all day an waking up lean everyone wonders how this is possible and I have no real answer other than I have an extreemly high matabolisim and starting training at 137lbs. 320 gm protein 347 carbs 120ish fat. any comments are appreciated.
