I've been going to the gym for about a year on an average of 4 days a week. i've been just lifting to get stronger. I've noticed i got stronger but i still have noticeable body fat, probably due to my diet. I'm 21 years old, 5'8 206lbs. can anybody point me into the right direction on a diet not to complicated since im still new to this working out stuff? I have whey protein if you want to factor that in.. thanks..
