    What Do you take when you're off cycle

    I just got off a cycle and it was

    1gram ent/week
    600/deca
    600/eg

    12 weeks
    Proper pct

    Now im just gettin depressed cause my strength is hitting the doors went from benching 345 for 1 and 225 for 15 to now just going 225 for 8 and i usaully just got up to 305. I dunno what to do i know i took alot of gear so im going to lose some of my gains... im losing weight just because of the cardio and the diet cleanup but i need to keep my strength up

    Do people take any light steroid when theyre off cycle not a test tho maybe like a winstrol or var or maybe just supps? not sure where i should spend my money would like to hear what people do when theyre off

    I think you need to fix your diet and workout routine, and not worry about what else to "take".

    Thats some low bench numbers for being on over 2+ grams of AAS.

    NO...OFF means OFF...you can take 2.000mgs of tribulus that will help with your natty test...

    after pct i take liv-52,milkthistle and a good vitamin tab and thats all,obv apart from whey..............................

    IMO you shouldnt be doing cardio and you should keep your diet the same as when you were on cycle for a good amount of time, or until you know your test levels are back to normal. (doing tests before and after cycle)

    Your sudden loss of strength and as you mentioned loss of weight could be becasue of this. Even tho you have ran PCT, your test levels could still be low, and the addtition of cardio and a cleanup in diet might cause sudden wieght and strength loss.

    I personally dont change diet or routine, even a couple weeks after PCT.

    If you take anything after you finish that cycle, then you haven't finished your cycle, your still on...Your going to lose strength when you come off..And 90% lose strength when cutting..It's part of the game of Anabolics..Deal with it.

    well, he didn't say his age, so those bench numbers might not be that bad, and he's likely not a powerlifter, so he could possibly not give a flyin' rats ass as to how much he can bench, as do i...

    true, off should mean off, but some people, such as some on this very board, use small amounts of dbol or var to "bridge" between cycles, or run some growth...and no, bridging is technically not being "off", but you get the jist (sp?) of it...

    i wouldn't waste my time or money on tribulus personally...

    keep diet and training in check, even more hardcore than when youre on...

    Same here , I hate bench and + me for being tall. It has no transfer to power just strength. But lets get serious...Natural highschoolers can bench 225 for 8 times LOL.

    lol, true, but i messed up 13 years ago, did my first cycle, and the summer before my junior year, i was benching 350...but yeah, i had some help

    Creatine, L-Glutamine, MultiVitimin at present.

    I will be taking an AI after my next cycle as a kind of bridge, possibly with Proviron 25-50mg/ED. BW done and go from there.

    It may make you feel better. But its not going to do one's HPTA any good at all.

    Im planning kids by 25 im 21 right now and i can clean 245 deadlift 405 and squat 315 for 5 good reps 90 degrees and to be honest at 203lbs and like 8-10 percent bf thats not bad i thought at least but i still wanna progress and even tho im pushing myself to try and lift heavy i just cant l - my workout and diet is pretty sound i guess ill just have to wait for next cycle is the advice im getting prob throw some creatine and no explode but anyways thankls

    also d1aa athlete so i cant weigh over 210 to start next season but must bench 225 for around 15

    I have heard good things about MyoGenX, you can read about a ton of first hand stories by using the search button. There is also unbiased logs that show people increasing test by 200%. Worth looking into IMO.

    Honestly no flame intended but at 21 with your stats you've run a boatload of gear and have little to show for it imo.

    Now imo you want to run more gear... It makes no sense.

    You use phrases like 'i thought' and 'i guess'.. which insinuate that your regimes are obscure.

    It's doubtful that you're near your genetic potential so it's BS to think that you can't progress.

    Further it's lazy imo.

    Don't 'guess' your diet and training are on par... Don't wait til your next cycle to make gains.

    Get everything right and start making progress again.

    You don't need gear to train...

    You need a different mindset however.

    Creatine, glutamine, ZMA, Trib...That along with spot on diet, training and rest and you will maintain strength and size while off. Go easy or eliminate cardio until you are back to normal. (I usually wait 1 full month after PCT is done.)

    As for the bench stats, you bench what you bench. Good for you for putting the #'s up. Those who think benching 345x1 while on is not that good should not have much impact on you.

    Personally I think slamming guys #'s is crap,a nd not what this board should be about. If he has the balls to put his TRUE numbers up, then good for him. I am not going to give him shit for it.

    check out the protein factory . com for myogenx .as far as keeping strength up ive had good luck so far with clen im still training hard im still eating hvy and fairly clean and have only lost minimal strength in fact i fell im getting stronger but that could be the extra days off for recovery now that im off cycle and done with pct.i will be getting myogenx next wk and use that with lions liquid clen and nolvadex should be interesting

    Clen is supposed to be anti-catabolic, promotes fat loss, and increases energy. Sounds like 3 good reasons to incorporate it after a cycle to me.

    Maybe the fact that he has a family history of heart problems would be a really good reason not to use it. Granted I enjoy my clen but know that it isn't for everyone. Besides my old lady gets nervous laying next to me and hearing my heart racing!

    I like Winny in any cycle when I am on cuz I love the pumps! Like written above off means off and you need to worry about ur lifting. With that said I always start a Nitric Oxide prodcut when I am off to keep the pumps coming. I usually use a drink such as NOXplode or SuperPump250 to get the pumps and psyched up. Good luck!

    You dont take any AAS when youre off. Thats key. Bench numbers arent that bad actually, esp if youre 21.
