whats up bothers.. about to start my 3rd run, what ya think, any things you would change.
stats as of this am 6'1, 209lbs, about 20%bf


weeks 1-end of pct .25mg liquidex ED
1-12 test 500 mg/week
1-10 eq 400mg/week
9-12 winny 50mg/ED???????? (not sure on this, worried about hair loss, if i do take should i use dutast???)

1-2 Clomid 100mg ed / Nolva 40mg Ed
3-4 Clomid 50mg ed / nolva 20 mg Ed

if u gonna run winny then from week 9-14 in case ur runing test e

Always heard you should run EQ @ 600mgs for atleast 12 weeks

I see 22-25% B/F coming. IMO you should never do gear @ 20% B/F unless your cutting and trying to hold size and strength.

Run the EQ at a higher dose and for a longer period of time. 12 weeks should be the bare minimum and even then its still a weak compound.
