    Alcohol and Bodyweight

Was just wondering what the exact reason after drinking for a night the next day my body feels/looks visibly smaller?

Also my bodyweight will be about 4lbs less in the morning

Well dude I dont wanna preach to you but I think maybe you should just train naturally for now on. You are in college and should have a good time but running gear and drinking like you do dont mix. You have plenty of time after you're partying days to get serious with training and use aas. Just hold off till pct is done and shotgun one for me too man!

A serious question from a newbie who's still researching: When you say they don't mix, what exactly do you mean? Does alcohol chemically impact aas? Or is it just a matter of not being able to work out as well if you're hungover? I've seen this said often, and I don't disagree, but just curious about the specifics.

it will impact aas and ability to keep your gains after the cycle

Funny thing is when I drink i get water retention effects. My nipples get puffy if I drink a lot when i wake up. I know it doesn't make much sense.

Got any references that show alcohol in the blood hinders the exogenus hormones and the methods in which they work?

    Alcohol inhibits it, causing dehydration.

New findings actually show there may be an increase in alcohol consumption.http://alcoholism.about.com/cs/abuse/l/blacer030117.htm

However this shows its only temporary. long term consumption lowers.

might want to check this source again, it seems that moderate alcohol can raise your test levels,

"The majority of research conducted in the past 25 years, in both animals and humans, has found that alcohol inhibits testosterone secretion. However, a new study found that alcohol can induce a rapid increase in plasma and brain concentrations of testosterone in some rodents. "

"The effect of alcohol (1.2 and 2.0 g/kg) on the urinary testosterone-to-epitestosterone (T/E) ratio was studied by two experiments each conducted with four healthy females and males. The intake of 2.0 g/kg of ethanol within 5 h in the evening significantly increased plasma testosterone concentration and ratio of T/E in urine collected next morning in females. The results suggest that alcohol increases the T/E ratio more in females than in males. The effect of high doses of alcohol on urinary T/E ratio must be kept in mind when doping tests are performed during training periods."

With finals just ending it's really hard for a college kid to avoid the party scene and booze.....
I gotta party tonight, I have to go as I'm needed to keep things in line... that'll keep from drinking too.

The EtOH will also put extra stress on your liver which already is being overworked from the aas. You may not feel the effects now but down the road it will catch up to you, be careful.

it only suppresses your testosterone while you are drinking its not like it just goes down and stays there....the next day it should be pretty normal unless you got completely hammered
