    Be honest with the doc.

You may have an abcess? Is it hot, does it leak? If you are going to get medical attn. then don't give the doc the wrong info upon which he is supposed to base his diagnosis. Tell him you injected some vit B-12 if you don't want to mention AAS but he should know that you are injecting something into your muscles.

I have had this happen to me. The redness is an indication of a minor infection. It should go away within a week. You body should fight it on its own just fine. My friend is an EMS and has given me shots in the past and thats what she said. If it worsens, then see a doc.

I had a calf injection go bad and i couldnt walk for a few days. Had to get an antibiotic (levequin). I think the doc said i had cellulitis or something like that. If i grabed my calf, it would leve an imprint for over a minute and you could move the bacteria around inside my calf. Trust me, you will know if it gets worse.

my thigh is kinda warm, there is no leaking, there is no visible track mark or anything like that its just a swollen thigh that is tight and an area about 6" in diameter that is light red/pink

I have the same thing bro. Did my fourth shot on Monday. And today I noticed it was a little more sore. And also there is a light pink color around the injection site and it is sore all the way down to my knee. It is also warm to the touch. The pain is not unbearable, if I sit in one place for a while I limp when I walk. But if I walk a lot there is no pain. I just took some IB profin. That is an anti inflamitory. I don't have a fever or feel sick, I'm not that worried, it should be fine, just a minor irritation or infection. You probably have the same thing, just keep an eye on it.

that has happened to me quite a few times. I just give it about 5 or 6 days and it is usually gone by then.
