    Goals with aas

When taking aas or having a few cycles under ur belt, isnt everyones real goal is to have abs and have good lean mass on you, alot or whatever you would like. It feels like I keep bulking and I have no abs and really what is the point. I am just this big bulky person with a stomach. I think i need to lose all my fat before i start another cycle. I am strong and have mass, but I have no abs. Doesnt everyone want abs and be lean and huge?

I think the best thing to do is set a goal of what the max size of your waist should be, and try to stick to that. Once my waist builds up to a certain measurement I know that it is time for me to lean down. I change my diet to accomodate. Trim down to a certain point and bulk up again, each time you end up with a little more lean mass.

this is why I ask what people want from theere cycle. steroids do not burn fat. exception tren. cut comes from diet. steroids help you keep strength and mass while dieting. they can be a great motovator as well. but the abs are from diet and cardio.

    Definately drop the body fat.

With lower body fat %, generally estrogen related sides while "on" are reduced drastically.

What are your stats? What is your body fat %?

I usually bulk naturally all year, and then cycle in the summer to preserve muscle while dieting, and hopefully gain sone lean mass.
