Ok...winny should be taken twice aday cause of the life of the compound being 9-10 hours in the body..50mgs in the morning and 50mgs lateon in the evening will be good for optimal effect.

You are talking about injectable winny right. If so you only need to inject it once a day. I would also say run test prop with it. Test-e and going to hale a little water.

The active life of the compound is 8 hours..logically multiple dose administration would be more effective to maintain more stable levels(tre..sustanon EOD vs sustanon administered bi-weekly).of course once a day administration of winstrol is "okay"...my post wasnt in regards to "ok"...it was in regarsd to Optimal...
