i get headaches and shakes, also a bit paranoid.
i started splitting the dose over 2 as 1 major one made me feel major wired.

What type of feedback are you looking for?

I've used it, and love it. It's a great thermo, and definately has other purposes in bodybuilding.

The sides can be harsh depending on dosage, and I usually look like I have Parkinsons's disease due to the shaking when on. Muscle cramps, bad head aches, insomnia, ect.

Clen works great for fat loss, but half the success will come from a strong diet.
